Language, culture and community in one place
We are not an online tuition service. Nunmaan is a Tamil learning ecosystem built around reading fluency, cultural confidence and belonging.
Read with fluency
Structured reading practice built around our five-week Tamil Summer Read-A-Thon method — fluency first, comprehension always.
Write with confidence
From uyir–mei letters to sentences and short essays, learners build handwriting and composition step by step.
Speak every day
Conversation circles, songs, stories and games (Kahoot, Quizlet) make Tamil a living, spoken language at home.
Culture at the centre
Thirukkural, festivals, kolam, music and community events connect language to identity and belonging.
Experienced teachers
Community teachers who know both the classroom and the culture, supported by clear curriculum and progress tracking.
In-person and virtual
Troy, Novi and Windsor classrooms plus fully virtual sessions, so families anywhere can keep learning.
Courses for every age and level
From first letters to Thirukkural, with in-person and virtual options at every stage.

College credit
We equip and enable willing students to earn university language credits via the University of Michigan, Michigan State University and other university language programmes across the USA, using the school accreditation.
MI Seal of Biliteracy
